Verifications

Overview

For PE and PS examination approval [1] and comity applications [2] Ohio's State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors requires documentation from the U.S. jurisdictions where you have passed NCEES fundamentals and principles and practice exams.

When mailing a verification request to a Board, please enclosed a self-addressed stamped envelope to help expedite the process.

In addition, be aware that several jurisdictions may charge for verification requests and will need the money up front. Be sure to contact the appropriate Board to see if this is the case.

The Ohio Board does not charge for verification requests.
